The partnership tripled virtual card issuance and enabled integrations with digital wallets<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n

When V\u00f3lus set out to scale its national corporate card operations, it found in Evertec Brasil the technology partner to make that growth possible. Over five years, the collaboration processed R$500 million in Corporate Travel and Expense transactions, resulting in a total growth of 263% in transaction volume.<\/p>\n\n

Since 2020, Evertec has supported V\u00f3lus across its entire payment flow \u2014 from physical and virtual card issuance, transaction authorization and reconciliation, to digital wallet integrations such as Google Pay and the implementation of security protocols like 3DS. This technological foundation enabled V\u00f3lus to launch innovations quickly and scale with confidence.<\/p>\n\n

“As card issuers and developers of our own platform, we focus on building solutions that meet our clients’ needs and keep pace with market trends. Evertec’s support has been essential in allowing these innovations to be brought to market with the speed and security they require,” says Antonio Rodrigues de Faria, Vice President of V\u00f3lus.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n

The results of this partnership translated into consistent growth: 130% in 2023, 70% in 2024, and 45% in 2025 \u2014 figures that reflect not only expansion, but the consolidation of V\u00f3lus solutions across sectors such as agribusiness, transportation, and logistics, where teams are constantly on the move and require tight control over corporate expenses.<\/p>\n\n

The partnership also drove the modernization of the V\u00f3lus user experience: virtual card issuance grew by over 200%, and today more than 70% of transactions are contactless \u2014 whether via physical card or digital wallet \u2014 a direct result of the infrastructure built with Evertec.<\/p>\n\n

“We significantly improved the user experience, especially for corporate travel and mobility.
