What is availability management
Availability management ensures that service uptime is maximized by constantly monitoring the alerts generated by ATMs. This includes Evertec personnel monitoring ATM alarms from our central offices and contacting the corresponding field service provider that has been contracted by the customer to handle incidents.
The field service will be provided in accordance with the SLAs established by the client for each provider.
How does it work
All ATMs on our platform are monitored through predefined monitoring and alert systems, with staff dedicated to managing reports and monitoring.
