VIRGINIA SCHEIHING MATAMALA is a leader in the Requirement Team (CRT) for Evertec Chile. Virginia is a Civil Engineer with a concentration in Computer Science and graduated from the University of Austral in Chile. She has more than 16 years of experience in the area of technology project management, project implementation and process improvement.
Virginia is a person of solid values, leadership skills, an innate ability to establish communication at all levels, assertive, with a great capacity for learning, persevering, practical, proactive, great analytical skills and a focus towards achieving goals.
In 2009 she led the formation of the EFT Group Innovation Center in the city of Valdivia, Chile, supporting the research and development of new technologies. In 2011, she created and led the EFT Group software factory in the city of Temuco in Chile.
We are proud to have women like Virginia, at Evertec, women who demonstrate and ensure that our ongoing commitment to diversity and inclusion are integrated into our business practices and decisions.
