What is Dashboard?

Dashboard is a platform where you can easily and quickly view your business transactions, reports, and statements. Dashboard places all the relevant information about your business in one place. It is available to all merchants that perform transactions through POS, Checkout, Call Center Pay, and Kiosks. There is no additional cost to access the platform under your current contract with us.

* Not available for Kiosk and POS payment channels.

Dashboard access


If you have not yet registered, enter the following link https://dashboard.evertecinc.com on your Google Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari web browser. 

If you have not yet registered:

  1. Click on “Register here”
  2. Complete the fields on the User Registration screen
  3. Click Enroll.

If you are already registered:

  1. Enter your username and password.
  2. Press Login.
    Remember to add it to your favorites for quicker access to the portal.
  3. If you don’t remember your username, send us an email to merchantclaims@popularmerchant.com or call us at 787-773-5150. Include your full name and email address (if different from sender) or have it at hand when your call.

If you forgot your password:

  1. Press Forgot your password?
  2. Enter your email.
  3. You will receive an email with the instructions to reset your password.
