Paola Pérez Surillo

Group Head,Puerto Rico

Experience at PwC and Chartis with a focus on financial services and the healthcare sector. Certified Public Accountant, holds a degree in Accounting from Fairfield University, and was recognized with the Caribbean Business 40 Under 40 award.

Luis A. Rodríguez

Chief Legal & Administrative Officer

Over 10 years of international experience. Holds a degree in Public and International Affairs from Princeton University and a Juris Doctor from Stanford Law School. Honored with the Caribbean Business 40 Under 40 award.

Diego Viglianco

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Expert in operations and digital payments. Holds an MBA in Economics and Business Administration from ESEADE University and a degree in Engineering from Universidad del Salvador, Argentina.

Daniel Brignardello

Group Head, Latin America

Over 25 years of experience in the payments industry. Holds a degree in Computer Science from Universidad de la República, Uruguay, and completed the PMD at ESADE Business School.

Mike Vizcarrondo

Chief Product & Innovation Officer

Over 20 years of experience in the financial sector, with a strong background in payment services, business solutions, and innovation. Holds a degree in Management with a concentration in Finance from Tulane University. Recognized with 40 Under 40 and People to Watch awards by Caribbean Business, and is an active participant of the Puerto Rico Financial Professionals Association.

Karla Cruz

Chief Accounting Officer

Over 16 years of experience in finance and accounting. Holds a degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Puerto Rico and is a Certified Public Accountant. Serves on the Alumni Advisory Board of the university’s School of Business.

Alberto López Gaffney

Chief Strategy & Corporate Development

Over 25 years of experience in the financial sector, leading major mergers and acquisitions across Latin America and the U.S. Holds an MBA from Harvard and a Master’s in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Católica de Argentina.

Claudio Prado

Group Head, Brazil

Over 30 years of experience in the technology industry. Electronic Engineer with a Master’s in Computer Engineering from USP. Held leadership roles at Banco Real, Banco Santander, Deutsche Bank, and Grupo Fleury.
