If you notice that the withdrawn amount was not fully dispensed, contact your issuing bank to report the incident and request an investigation.

It depends. If your issuing bank is a member of the ATH Network, the transaction may have no cost. The fee, or exemption, will depend on the terms set by your bank.

In Costa Rica, ATH Network ATMs offer services such as cash withdrawals, account balance inquiries, and PIN changes.

In such cases, you should contact the bank that issued your card to request a card replacement or to reset your PIN.
