Disconnect the battery from the power source once it is fully charged.
Follow these Steps to Clean Your Device
Preserve your equipment and provide a safe experience for your customers.
Step 1
Turn off and unplug the terminal before cleaning it.
Step 2
Gently clean with a slightly damp microfiber cloth. If needed, use a drop of mild soap (do not rinse).
Step 3
Allow it to dry completely before reconnecting and turning the equipment back on.
Avoid During Cleaning
Follow these recommendations to prevent damage and ensure proper day-to-day operation.
Liquids
Do not apply liquids directly to the terminal.
Solvents
Avoid products containing acetone or solvents, as they can damage the plastic.
Impacts
Do not rub or shake the equipment forcefully, as this may trigger tamper alerts.
Static Electricity
Avoid static electricity: do not rub the terminal with materials that generate static.
