The Challenge:


QualityIS faced several operational challenges due to an outdated ERP system that did not offer adequate solutions for retail or e-commerce, limiting the company’s ability to integrate efficiently into an online sales environment. The online store operated independently, requiring manual import of orders and manual processes in the POS system. These challenges led QualityIS to seek a modern solution that could centralize and automate its operations.

This solution allowed integration of the 1Retail POS and a connector to BigCommerce, providing a unified platform that automates and connects all operations. The implementation of Acumatica has facilitated process management, significantly reducing errors and accelerating decision-making. The implementation took place in 2022 and was completed in approximately four months. The success of the project was largely due to the continuous support from Evertec’s implementation team, which worked closely with QualityIS throughout the process.
