How do I report a problem with an ATH Network ATM?
To report any malfunction or issue, simply contact our customer service center at 2211-4600. Our technical team will be ready to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
What safety precautions should I take when using an ATM?
Do not accept help from strangers while using the terminal. Check for foreign objects (plastic, paper, or devices) in the card slot or cash dispenser. Never share your PIN, and if people are nearby, enter it discreetly to avoid being observed. If using the ATM at night, choose busy and well-lit locations, such as malls or high-traffic areas, to reduce the risk of theft.
What should I do if an ATH Network ATM doesn’t dispense the full amount of cash?
If you notice that the withdrawn amount was not fully dispensed, contact your issuing bank to report the incident and request an investigation.
Is there an additional fee for using cards from other banks at ATH ATMs?
It depends. If your issuing bank is a member of the ATH Network, the transaction may have no cost. The fee, or exemption, will depend on the terms set by your bank.
