Beginnings
Seven years ago, Jaime Rojas, CEO and founding partner of All Tickets, recognized the need in ticketing and entertainment market in Colombia. In the midst of this context, and three years after the creation of the company, he partnered with systems engineer Juan Sebastian Cabra, current CTO, to take the ticketing experience to another level. Together, they have turned All Tickets into a secure, accessible and customer-focused platform. Today they have a portfolio of more than 35 clients nationwide, bringing together a diversity of events. In the words of the partners, “we attend any event that needs ticketing: from a massive concert to the box office for an art exhibition”.
Challenges
All Tickets sells 98% of its products online. During the year 2023, they recorded more than 3.3 million dollars in sales and marketed more than 94,000 tickets, facing challenges in terms of payment security and data preservation, as it happens to all e-commerce in the world. In the context of this scenario, and with the company’s growth figures, the need arose to find a solution and an ally to provide the necessary agility, efficiency and security in the processing of online transactions. At that moment, they found Evertec as a strategic ally. Solution
Evertec, as a technological partner, offered All Tickets Web Checkout, a solution that offers the possibility of integrating and accepting multiple means of payment in the digital channel, reinforced with the 3DS (Three Domain Security System) security protocol. With 3DS, the system provides additional authentication that significantly reduces the risk of fraud, as it verifies that the cardholder is the one who is actually making the purchase. In addition, by transferring the responsibility for fraud to the issuing bank, the protocol provides an additional protection tool for users. The combination of multiple payment methods, coupled with a streamlined shopping experience in the digital channel through Web Checkout and the robust 3DS security system, places All Tickets and Evertec at the forefront of efficiency, security and reliability in ticketing transaction processing.
